Angelic Forecast for August 2012

We invite you to celebrate YOU this month.  We know we offered a similar message about July and many of you experienced major challenges…that is the point.  You experience a challenge, you move through it, and move on.  Celebrate the knowledge, wisdom, and experience you have acquired.  Celebrate your ability to find the treasure amongst the rubble.  As you continue this journey, you continue to shed more and more layers of unnecessary baggage.  The more layers you shed, the easier it is for you to not only shine the light of divinity that is within in you, but also to be able to recognize it within yourself.  That is what August is all about.  Discovering and accepting the light that is within your soul.  Recognizing the beauty that resides deep within you.  We are not speaking of physical beauty and you do not need to perform massive acts of kindness or heroism to bring to create it.  When you recognize and accept your inner treasure, you automatically shine brighter.  The brighter you shine, the more shadows are brought to light which can then be healed.  These can be your shadows, another’s, or even institutions such as businesses.  Please do not judge one’s light as being better or brighter than another’s.  Just as there are situations which require you to use a brighter light bulb for one experience and a dimmer for another, the world is made up varying lights.  Each has a unique purpose and no one is better than the other. 

 So this month, we ask that you recognize the lessons you were shown…even if you haven’t mastered them yet, the mere fact that you were shown a lesson means you are more aware than you were previously.  Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow…celebrate it.  We’re also asking you to take notice of the areas of your life that could be celebrated more.  People who have had near death experiences or have healed from life threatening illnesses find ways to celebrate life every day.  We wonder why you humans need to go through those sorts of situations in order have a reason to celebrate life.  Why not simply celebrate that as a soul, you chose to incarnate on this plane at this time?  Isn’t that enough? 

 Allow yourself to feel your emotions whether they are harmonious or not…and celebrate the allowance.  Being able to feel is unique to those who are alive.  You have the freedom to choose to remain stuck and lost in disharmonious emotions or to transmute and heal them.  If you choose to remain stuck, celebrate your choice, because it is a choice only you can make.  If you choose to transmute and heal, celebrate that choice too.  Celebrate your freedom to choose, even if you don’t like the choices. 

 So again, we say, focus on the energy of celebration this month.  We are here for you, we hear you, we love you.  In our opinion (if we had an opinion) that’s reason enough to celebrate.

June Angelic Forecast

As the new energies continue to come in, shift, and integrate… grounding, remaining present, and self care are even more important than ever this month….and in general.  Connecting with nature in its various forms is no longer an option…it’s a necessity.  Finding ways to move your physical body is also more important than before…this isn’t only for physical health, it’s for your spiritual and emotional health too.

Many of you enjoy outdoor activities and we applaud you for that, however, while that helps with moving your body, it doesn’t always allow you to actually connect with nature.  Let’s say you’re a tennis player…you’re moving your body, having fun, but you’re also completely focused on your activity.  You’re not going to stop mid-swing to notice that we placed a cloud formation that looks like us in the sky.  Now let’s say you’re on a leisurely bike ride and a butterfly catches your interest.  In this case, you have the opportunity to stop and admire it.

Moving your body gets your energy flowing….both physical and life force energy….paying attention to the miracles of nature is what is going to help keep you grounded, present, and even in a place of gratitude.

As the veil gets thinner, many of you are going to become more sensitive to energy.  Those of you who are already strongly intuitive and psychic may become slightly overwhelmed as you open up more.  Those of you who closed off your abilities are going to notice that they are opening back up…and for those who don’t believe they have a connection to energy, you’re going to begin discovering that you do.  In general, this is not something that is going to happen overnight, however, between now and the end of 2012 the majority of you will notice a significant difference in how you perceive energy.

We are not suggesting that everyone will have the capacity to give psychic readings…what we are actually saying is that you will be much more in tune with your intuitive abilities and will be better equipped to live from your heart instead of your head.  In doing so, you’ll find that more and more you are living in a place of love as opposed to fear.

The truly extraordinary thing about this, is that it will allow you to live more balanced physical and energetic lives if you so choose.  The intuitive knowing-ness will bring you the information required to take action that is more beneficial to you.  Intuition is a feminine energetic trait, while action speaks to the masculine.  In combination the two halves come together to form the whole and the Oneness that we seek.

The energetic downloads will become more numerous over the next six months.  So again, we remind you….connect with nature as much as possible…if you can’t go outside, look out the window and feel the sky, or the birds, even the earth below the concrete sidewalks.  It will help you remain present and remind you of what is real as you assimilate the new energies.

Remember, we are here if you need us…all you need to do is ask.  There is no task too large or too small.  We love you always in all ways.

Angelic Forecast for May 2012

We welcome you to the next stage of your journey.  There is a charge in the air.  It is there and people are feeling it whether they recognize it or not.  In last month’s message we told you that things would be difficult for many and indeed it has been.  There have been so many beautiful beings who have chosen end their earthly journey in these past weeks.  Additionally, there have been many who have been receiving the message to slow down.  Unfortunately, we’ve had to go to great measures to get many of them to hear us.  You may have noticed that you’re hearing about more physical injuries and illnesses among your friends and/or relatives.  We have found that this is the only way to slow them down enough to hear us and become more present and engaged in their personal growth.  Too many of you are focused on the external world and not taking care of your internal world.  When you nurture and honor your internal world, you have more strength and energy to deal with the changes going on in the physical plane. 

The energy of May is going to lighten up a little, but that does not mean you can stop your hard work and let your guard down.  You are in the trenches now and many of you may feel like throwing in the proverbial towel.  We urge you not to give up.  You’ve worked too hard and come too far.  We understand that you may be having a difficult time taking what you have learned and integrating it into your daily lives.  That is because you are trying too hard and being too hard on yourselves.  Integration begins with awareness.  Becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings where you were not aware of them before IS integration.  Becoming aware of your reactions where before you were not IS integration.  Give yourselves a break.  You are in school….Earth School.  You will always be a teacher and you will always be a student.  There will always be another level of awareness to Master.  Thinking that you’ve learned and Mastered all the lessons you’ve come here to learn is where you get into trouble.  Conversely, when patterns that you thought were healed show up again, you think you failed.  What if these patterns have shown up again so you can choose differently?  What if they are showing up again so that you can be aware of how much less dramatic and scary things appear to be this time around?

Enjoy the lightness of this month you call May, but remain diligent in your studies of living and participating in Earth School.  Do not forget, students are afforded time for recess when they are in school.  Gifting yourself with time for recess by giving yourself permission to relax and slow down, will help you to remain present and engaged in your internal world and the personal growth we spoke about earlier in this transmission.

The energy of this month is highly electrified….pun intended…..many of you will be feeling the effects of the energy as higher frequencies are downloaded to the earth and your bodies.  Take excellent care of yourselves on all levels of your being in order to experience the fewest side effects.  We leave you with these final words:  Stay grounded, stay present, stay in the energy of love and you will navigate this month and the future months with more ease than if you did not.

You, Loving You

February is the month of romance!  Whoo Hoo!  Easy for me to say.  I’m in a relationship with a fun and supportive guy who comes with the requisite burping and farting.  But what if you’re single?  Or even worse, in a lousy relationship?  What do you do then?  The answer is the same regardless of your relationship status.  You begin by loving you.

Okay, so how you do you accomplish that?  One way is to start treating yourself in the same way you want to be treated.  We’re told to do unto others as we’d like others to do unto us.  This holds true for our relationship with ourselves.  You can’t expect to be respected if you don’t respect you.  Oh yes, there will be a handful (or less) of people who treat you with respect, but for the most part, that’s not the type of person you will attract into your life.  Begin by giving yourself a break.  Remember that there will be times when you make mistakes.  Mistakes are simply another way of learning what NOT to do.  Don’t beat yourself up because you think you’ve done something “wrong”.  Accept that it may not be the most effective way of doing things.  That’s all it is.  Negative self talk will get you every time.  It will lower your energetic vibration and just plain make you feel bad.  If you speak poorly to yourself, you are that energy.  Therefore, you will attract a larger number of people (including romantic partners) who speak poorly to you.  AND…if they speak to you poorly, they are most likely going to treat you like crap.  No one deserves to be treated like crap.  Especially not you!

Next….let’s say you want to be romanced but you either don’t have a partner or he/she is not the romantic type.  That doesn’t mean you’re doomed to live a life without romance.  There’s romance all around you.  It’s in the beauty of the trees, animals, clouds, and animals.  It’s in the beauty of architecture or the smile on a child’s face.  Once you recognize that beauty, you’ll be able to feel the romance.  You can also romance yourself.  Buy flowers just for you, just because.  Buy pretty lingerie or silky pajamas.  I love (insert sarcastic facial expression here) when I hear women say they don’t bother buying pretty lingerie because no one will see it.  If you’re wearing it, aren’t you going to see it?  Are you calling yourself a “no one”?  Note: remarks like relate back to you not respecting you.

How else can you nurture, honor, and love yourself?  You can make a nice dinner and set the table with candles, silver, and your best dishes….just like you would if your lover was coming over.  Oh, don’t forget to put on some music too.  Remember, you are your lover…only you can love yourself like you truly desire to be loved.  If you’re short on money or don’t like to cook, pour yourself a bowl of cereal and set the table as described above.  By the way, you can purchase really pretty dishes, candles, and candlesticks at the dollar store.  Now, to make it really special I’m going to suggest one more step.  I’d like you to consciously bless your food.  Hold your hands over your meal, connect with the highest energy of All That Is and imagine your food being infused and blessed with pure white light.  When you’re done, send out a heartfelt thank you to the Universe.  How’s that for romance?  The blessing is a nice practice to carry out before every meal.

Here’s something else you can do for yourself.  Take a love bath.  Fill the tub with warm water add bubble bath if you have it.  Include rose water or rose scented oil for a wonderful fragrance.  Rose petals are a nice addition too.  Put 4 pieces of rose quartz around the outside corners of your tub, light some candles (preferably pink or white), dim the lights and immerse yourself in the vibration of love.  If you want to amp up the love vibration a bit you can put the rose quartz directly in the tub, but be careful because the rose quartz could scratch it.  Oh…and don’t forget the music!

Last, but definitely not least, call in the Angels!  Ask them to show you love and miracles.  I can feel them as type this, they’re waiting in the wings (no pun intended) for you to call on them.  Don’t worry that they’ll be too busy.  They don’t have the same limitations we do as human beings.

In the end, no matter who is or isn’t in your life, Spirit, or whatever name you call The Highest Energy of All That Is, loves you.  Deeply and completely…and since Spirit lives within you, you can love you too.

Angelic Forecast for 2012

The Angels are saying to relax.  While there will be many earth changing events, just as there always are, (think earthquakes, tornadoes, oil spills, elections etc) the world is not about to end.  Yes, structures are breaking down and they are going to continue to breakdown.  In the reality that we humans created, structures need to tumble before we actually choose to make the required changes and rebuild.  There will be issues with the economy, they are telling me that it will most likely go downhill again before rebounding.  What is most important to know about this is that you do not need to get caught up in the fear that the news and media create.  Yes, there will be issues, but many people (and we’re not talking just millionaires) are not affected by the economy.  The less we allow the fear to take hold of us, the less it will affect individuals and the more it will affect the government…which as we already know is in need of major restructuring.  They are saying that this holds true for all nations, not the just the United States.

They are telling me that the energy of love is spreading throughout the planet.  There is more love on the earth than there has been in previous centuries.  One of the by-products of the additional love, is the higher vibration shakes up things that are no longer working.  This not only applies to governments and big business, but also to man-kind.  More and more people will be triggered by what they will consider unfamiliar energy.  As always, some will choose to fight it, some will accept it, and some will choose to make their transition.  They are telling me that for approximately the first half of 2012, we’ll continue to see more of the fighters and people who transition.  By the second half of the year, we’ll be seeing more people choosing to allow love into their lives…or at least considering it.

The planet itself is in transition and this will continue throughout 2012.  It’s shifting, changing, and expanding to allow in the new higher vibrating energies.  Unfortunately, this means more extreme weather conditions.  They are not including any more information about the weather than that.

This is also going to be a year for more miracles and wonderful new discoveries.  They are telling me to tell you to “stay tuned” and watch.  They are also telling me to remind you to expect and be open to the miracles and not judge them by their size or magnitude.

For all you lightworkers and healers (including doctors, nurses etc) THIS IS YOUR YEAR.  Yes, they told me to put that in capital letters.  They are very insistent in telling me to make sure you understand that you WILL be called upon in some capacity.  With more people choosing to open up to love, more support and guidance will be needed.  Guidance, not insistence that your way or my way or the Dalai Lama’s way is the only right way.  We will also be called upon to hold the space of love for those who go into fear and for those who choose to transition.

We’re going to continue to receive many strong energetic downloads.  You know the drill.  You’ll feel tired, hear excess buzzing or ringing in the ears, feel tingles on your crown chakra, feel achy and the rest of the usual suspects.

They closed their message by asking me to remind you that they are here to help you, but they cannot help unless you ask.  They are saying that so many of you forget to ask or forget that they are infinite beings and therefore are never too busy help.  That’s simply not the case.  Ask for help and keep your eyes and heart open for the answers.

You Are Not Going Crazy

I promise, you’re not.  Nor are you alone.  The energy is (and has been) whacked out and crazy.  I’ve been contacted by several friends and clients lately who have been asking me what the heck is going on?  I’ve been affected by it myself.   Some people are angry, sad, depressed.  Others are sleeping way more than usual and are still exhausted.  Then there are the people who are going thru severe cases of insomnia.  We are in a transitory period—a period of preparation and change.  There is no waiting to see what will happen in 2012…the changes are occurring now.  Those of us who are sensitive to energy are feeling it.  Those of us who are not, are watching the sensitives negotiate its effects.

Here are a few things you can do to help deal with the craziness until it passes.

• Allow yourself to let go of whatever no longer serves you.  I know it’s scary, but you will be better without it…whatever it is.
• Ground, ground, ground…and once you’ve grounded your energy, do it again.
• Cleanse as much as possible.  This is includes smudging, taking salt baths, or even just plain old showers.  Imagine the un-necessary energies falling away from your body and traveling down the drain to be cleansed by the earth.
• If possible, go outside.  Sit on the grass, hug a tree, walk your dog…dance in the rain.
• Ask the angels for help.  Ask them to cut cords, balance your chakras, and help you cope.
• Have an energy healing session.  Try Reiki or Angelic IET if you haven’t already.  Surrender is so much easier during healing sessions.
• Breathe…I mean that literally.  Take a huge deep breath and let it out slowly.  Do that for at least 10 breaths and you’ll feel somewhat more centered.
• Meditate
• Surround yourself with crystals.  Black tourmaline is grounding and transmutes lower vibrating energies into higher vibrating energies.  Lepidolite helps with fear and balances emotions.  Rose quartz brings in the vibration of unconditional love.  Citrine brings in joy.  Selenite connects with the angels.  Blue Lace agate helps you to feel at peace.  Blue kyanite balances and aligns the chakras.

This is a time to have compassion and love for yourself.  Allow the changes to bring magic and miracles into your life.  Embrace the newness.  Send gratitude to the fear…yes, gratitude.  Thank it for warning you of the potential pitfalls and downfalls.  Most of all have faith.  Faith that you are exactly where you need to be and that you know how to listen to and act on your intuition or gut instincts.  Let go of the anxiety and allow your True Self, your Authentic Self to bravely blossom into this new world.

Surrender! It’s for Your Own Good…Really….I Promise

What is it about surrendering that scares the bejesus out of us?  For anyone who believes in a Higher Power, we know that sometimes our self…our low ego…does NOT know what’s best for us and our growth.  Did I say sometimes?  I would bet MOST of the time is a better description.  For clarification, let me explain that I see ego as the high ego and the low ego.  The high ego is where we work from when we need to use our intelligence or logic for practical things like balancing our checkbook.  The lower ego is a big ol’ bully.  It thumbs it’s nose out us, tells us we are not good enough, that we can’t do this or that, projects it’s fears on us…get the picture?  Okay, so that’s the part of our brain that holds us back when it’s time to surrender.

By now, many of us already know that God (insert Universe/Source/Your Divinity here) has a plan for us and when we surrender to him/her/it/ them it allows us to become more in alighnment with it.  My personal belief is that God is a direct reflection of my soul….he’s one of the voices of my soul.  So when I say God has a plan, I don’t believe that it is some separate being who hangs out in the clouds with a book in his hand.  I don’t see him pointing down at earth and saying “Robin, working in the insurance industry is NOT what you came here to do.”  Instead, I experience events that cause me to leave the business….kicking and screaming the whole time.  It would have been a heck of a lot easier if I had just let go.  If I paid attention to the signs and gently exited…surrendered.  Instead, I was doing what I was “supposed” to do…I was married, had kids, and brought home a decent paycheck.  I knew of no other way.

Nowadays, I live a completely different life and insurance is a not so fond memory.  I didn’t even know I wasn’t happy in my old life.  I thought I was.  I had a good husband, two kids, dogs, cats, fish, birds, nice house and nice cars….dinners out, vacations…you get the picture.  It was the good life, not.  Today, I’m happy…fully and completely.  I’m not always satisfied…I’d like to be more financially stable, but I did choose this road and with reason.  If I had never experienced a life “without”, I never would have truly appreciated what I had/have.  That may not be everyone’s Truth…for me it was part of my lesson.

So given the life changes I made, you would think that surrendering and listening to the angels would be a piece of cake, right?  Oh nooooo, I’ve been fighting them for weeks.  It got to the point where I simply got sick…really sick…to the point where I was too tired to fight.  Last night, I waved the white flag and surrendered.  I’m an Angelic IET practitioner/teacher.  IET is a healing modality that uses angelic healing energy to “get the issues out of your tissues.” It’s my energy work of choice when I or a client has particularly stubborn energetic blocks.  When you’re on the table receiving the healing it sometimes feels like nothing is going on.  At other times it feels like someone is bulldozing your insides and clearing you out.  In either case, you get what you need and the results show up quickly.

Cut back to my being sick…I was arguing with the angels last night when I told them I was done with the sick stuff and the emotional triggers that were coming up.  They took that as a green light that I was ready for a session.  Again I argued with them…reminding them that it was late and I couldn’t call my healer and ask for a session right then and there.  They sort of laughed at that.  Then I told them I was just too darn tired to work on myself.  That’s when they jumped in and reminded me that they had me attune and teach my partner, David,  how to do this kind of healing. Hmmm, no more excuses…the minute I asked David to work on me, he began prepping.

Back to the stupidity of not surrendering…After days of feeling like elephant poop, I woke up feeling lighter and more focused.  The feeling of hopelessness that often comes with being under the weather is gone.  I actually slept thru the night and the sleep was restful…did I mention I had been having nightmares lately?  I’m not perfect, mind you…but I have clients today and am definitely in a space where I can work on them effectively.  Yesterday?  I wasn’t so sure.

So why didn’t I surrender earlier?  Good question.  It was all low ego thinking.  I didn’t even bother to take the time to ask the angels what they had in mind.  I just stopped listening.  In one sense, I am glad that I waited since it showed me exactly what emotional gunk I was still fighting.  It showed me anger and resentment about a specific situation that I had no idea was still there.  Then again, did I need to know exactly what the anger was about?  Maybe, maybe not.

The bottom line is that once I gave in, things were not as bad as I expected.  When I left my old life for my new life, it was tough.  I went thru some really hard times…but the fact of the matter is, they didn’t last long.  I still hit bumps here and there, but for the most part, living that life was more difficult than making the transition and getting used to a whole new world.

We can be so afraid of the unknown.  Rather than looking at the changes as adventures, we worry about all the what ifs.  It truly has been my experience that the “what ifs”  my low ego comes up are way worse than physical reality.  Surrendering, giving in to the Divinity within (and without) is nothing more than detaching from the outcome.  It’s trusting that all is well no matter what….it’s taking the low ego’s wants, needs, and desires out of the picture.  It’s taking all that no longer serves us out of the equation.  Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it?  Funny how knowing that, we still fear it.

It takes practice, people.  Lots of practice.  I’m not beating myself up over my latest antics.  I’m laughing at the whole darn thing.  I’m also grateful that I was shown two important aspects of myself that were/are still in need of healing.  The anger/resentment thing may or may not be fully gone, but it’s gone enough that I feel good.  The deal where I still argue with the angels and create situations for myself where I need to be cracked over the head with a Spiritual 2×4 does happen less often, but as I was shown, it does still happen.  That’s okay too.  It keeps me humble…and it reminds me of the real Truth, not my low ego’s truth.

May you experience ease and peace throughout your days…and watch out for those 2×4’s!  They can be a humdinger!

Intuitively Designed Healing Jewelry

Just thought I’d start sharing some of the jewelry I create.  The client wanted to something to help support feelings of self-worth.  Well, there are a lot reasons why a person needs support with something like this, so I “tuned into” their energy to find out what area of self-worth needed the most focus.  In this case, she was very hard on herself and didn’t know how to give herself a break.  I felt that we needed to start with a crystal that supports the energy of compassion.   One of the reasons labradorite was included was to help reduce feelings of depression and anxiety.  The client  isn’t fond of labradorite, but she recognized that she would benefit from it’s energies.   With that in mind, I had to sort of sneak the labradorite in. Look closely by the clasp. Since I use various forms of energy work when charging the jewelry, I was able to “amp up” the energy of the labradorite to make up for using only two small pieces.  Below is a description of the energies and intent the bracelet supports.

Aquamarine is a light blue stone that attracts the energy of compassion. Compassion for oneself, for others, and FROM others. It’s also a stone of verbal communication & intelligence, with creativity thrown into the mix. It brings peace and calm, cools anger & supports “right” action. Labradorite is a greenish-grey stone which has protective properties. It helps keeps one from being affected by other people’s energy (or “stuff”). It’s a ‘feel good’ stone that strengthens intuition which is helpful during decision making. It helps alleviate depression & anxiety, increases self confidence by helping to get rid of insecurities, quiets the mind, protects and grounds, releases fear. This piece has also been infused with Reiki & Angelic IET energies.

Excuse Me While I Find My Voice

The Universe (which in my mind is actually my soul speaking to me) has been hmmm, encouraging me to write.  Now, I have to admit, I don’t really like writing.  When I’m passionate about something, I have a lot to say, but when I’m doing something because it needs to be done…I can’t seem to find that passion.

I write for three magazines, so this can be a bit of an issue (pun intended).  Here’s the thing though, I don’t have as much of a problem when writing for my blog.  I write when I have something to say, and don’t when I don’t.  The other thing is when I write for my blog, I write as I speak.  The grammar isn’t always perfect, I allow myself to use slang, and I speak more from my heart as opposed to my head.

This brings me to the title of today’s blog.  I’ve been in the process of finding my voice.  My business background rears its ugly head at the most inopportune times….like when I’m writing.  Who says that I have to sound like my high school English teacher when I write an article?  That’s not the way I speak when talking to friends, family, and clients.

I’ve been working at becoming more authentic with myself and I plan on leaving no stone unturned.  It will be interesting to see how this pans out.  Bottom line is if my soul wants to speak, it’s using my mind and personality to do so…and in using my mind and personality it’s going to use my words and my voice.

Since I’m using my voice now, it’s time for me to plug the magazines I write for and a few other things.

Finding My Way……Again

Many of you who read my blog know I’m a healer.  You know I have two children, one who has autism and another who has ADHD.  You also know that I’ve discovered I have a gift for working with kids who have special needs.  However, I’m now also discovering that I have a knack for helping kids who we label as crystal children.  These are the children who are sensitive to the energies surrounding them…many of them get mislabeled as “difficult” or “problem” children.  However, when I see these kids, I see them as being overly empathic, sympathetic, and overwhelmed by energy.  Lately, I’ve been doing tons of distance healing on kids for varying reasons.  Sometimes their parents call and ask for help, and in the case of some teens, they themselves call and ask for help.  It seems that I’m able to help these children and teens understand that there is nothing wrong with them….that they just haven’t yet developed the tools they need in order deal with being a “crystal” child.  They see that I understand what they are going through since I had similar experiences when I was young.  They trust that I’m not going to judge them.  It’s deeply humbling.  It’s also eye opening.  You see, when I started my practice, my desire was to help adults rediscover miracles.  I always knew that kids with special needs would be a part of my work, but always assumed (ha ha) that my main work would be with adults.  It looks like all that is changing.  I have to admit, it’s scary.  I barely made it through childhood and adolescence and these kids look up to me?   Although, I do have to admit, it would be nice if my kids saw me as these kids do.  Then again, my 18 year old doesn’t hesitate to ask for reiki.  My 13 year old is another story, but I sneak it in when I can.

So now I’m left wondering…..do I reinvent my website and gear it more to these sensitive children?  Is there something I need to be doing in order to get my message out there?  What exactly is my message?  Also, the world we live in requires money in order to live.  When the kids call, I can’t say no….but kids don’t have money.  How much time and energy can I give to the kids and still pay my bills?  Interesting how something so simple as sending various healing energies to children and teens can put me in a position of needing to find my way again.
